Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nation-wide and export to any Country in the world. We can deliver items (for an agreed charge) within 100 mile radius of Hertfordshire and for all other areas and countries a full an accurate delivery quote will be provided with lead times. All items will be reserved without obligation until you have received a quote in full.
We accept the Bacs,PayPal,Cash or Cheques.
When the order has been placed
When your order has been placed and payment made you will receive a conformation E-mail and your order will be dispatched according to the quote.
Items damaged in transit must be reported to us with the documented evidence and, if possible, photographed within 24 hours - please contact us by telephone or Email. All original packaging must be kept which will enable us to process a successful compensation claim from the carriers /shippers.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are normally charged at point of entry. These charges are paid by the purchaser.
We offer a full refund on any returned items excluding any delivery or shipping costs. All postal charges,courier and shipping costs for returns are at the purchasers own expense and in addition all packing, shipping, delivery and insurance costs are non-refundable.
